How can I initiate a return?
In order to initiate a return for your items please email contact@trendful.com within 4 days of an item(s) delivery date. Please include in your email, your name and order number.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, at this time you will be responsible for return shipping, we thank you for understanding.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive the item we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email from contact@trendful.com with your tracking information.
What happens if I do not receive my package?
If your tracking number indicates that your item has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your home and with any neighbors/friends or concierge that may have accepted the item on your behalf. Next, please notify us at contact@trendful.com and we will work with the mail carrier to open an investigation on your behalf.
CANCEL AN ORDER
Can I cancel and order before it is shipped?
You can cancel an order before it is shipped, no questions asked. Just email us at contact@trendful.com with your order number and request it to be cancelled.
How long does it take to get my refund after cancelling?
Once we receive your email and cancelled your order, please allow 2 business days to issue your refund to your original payment method.
