How long will it take to receive an offer?
With Trendful Resell, you can receive an instant offer in minutes. If you don’t see your designer handbag you can always upload pictures instead and receive an offer from us by email within 24hrs after your submission is received!
Do I have to sell my handbags if I don’t like the offer?
You are under no obligation to accept our instant buy-back offer for your designer handbag, if you are not satisfied, or if you decide you no longer want to sell your bag.
Are offers free?
Yes of course! Trendful is a free service, so go ahead and submit as many bags as you want!
Do offers expire?
The luxury resale market is always changing, therefore your offer expires after 7 days of accepting our offer.
How do you determine offer values?
We look at several different factors when determining our offers; including but not limited to: the brand, condition, size, material, demand, and current inventory. We have also developed our own proprietary pricing database that enables us to provide competitive offers.
I uploaded images, when will I receive my offer?
You should receive an email with your offer within 24hrs of submitting your images, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you have not received your offer in 1-2 business days, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I accept my offer?
Once you go through the step-by-step process to receive your instant offer you will be prompted to choose how you would like to be paid, create an account with Trendful, and then to CONFIRM & SHIP YOUR BAG.
Once you click confirm & ship your bag, you have accepted the instant offer we have presented to you.
TRENDFUL RESELL: SENDING MY BAG
How do I send my bag to Trendful?
If you accept our instant offer for your bag you will receive via email a free pre-paid shipping label.
Your bag will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, tracking is included. Simply print out your prepaid shipping label and either use your own box or one of USPS’ priority mail boxes.
Why haven’t you received my handbag yet? What happens if my bag is lost?
If we have not received your bag yet, please check the USPS tracking number to see if there have been any delays in shipping. With USPS priority mail, your bag should arrive in 1-3 business days.
Once we have received your handbag, we will send a confirmation email to you!
In the event of a lost package, please contact us immediately at email@example.com for assistance!
TRENDFUL RESELL: AUTHENTICATION & RETURN ASSURANCE
What happens once you receive my bag? How long does the process take?
Once we receive your package, we will send a confirmation email of the item(s) received. Your handbag(s) will then go through our authentication and condition vetting process, which typically takes 24hrs.
Upon approval from our authentication experts, we will proceed with payment.
How do you authenticate handbags?
Creating a safe marketplace for users to buy and sell handbags is a key aspect of Trendful, and as such authentication is an integral part of our vetting process.
Therefore, every handbag goes through a rigorous in-house multi-point evaluation by our authentication experts. Our team of experts have years of experience in detecting inaccuracies and verifying authenticity.
Please do not submit inauthentic handbags as we will not be able to buy them!
Trendful is independent from any brand affiliation. Brands are not responsible for any product purchased from Trendful and do not guarantee the authenticity of goods sold. Authentication certificates are provided solely by Trendful.
Does the offer ever change after you receive my bag?
During our authentication and condition verification process, if we find any information that differs from what you initially submitted, your offer may be subject to revision.
Revisions to your offer may be due to condition, change in size, material, or handbag model variation.
If we have to revise your offer, we will, of course, contact you via email to ask for your approval before we proceed.
If you do not agree with our revised offer, we will send you your handbag back to you at no extra cost.
To avoid offer changes, please make sure that the information you submit is as accurate as possible and you have accounted for any signs of wear to your bag!
Would my bag ever not pass the authentication process?
If we receive your handbag(s) and they are not what was expected based on your submission, they may not pass our vetting process. You can avoid this happening by answering details and condition about your bag as accurately as possible.
Your handbag may not pass our vetting process if it is…
- In worse condition than expected (i.e. broken parts, odorous, damaged, etc…)
- Refurbished by a third-party repair service provider other than the Brand.
What happens to bags you don’t approve? Will you return them?
We will contact you for additional information if we cannot accept your handbag(s).
If you have already shipped your bag to us, it will be returned to the address on file with USPS and signature confirmation required. You may request for us to remove signature tracking, but Trendful cannot be held responsible for the package if it is not successfully delivered. Please note that there is a flat $10 fee for shipping back a refused bag.
I’ve changed my mind and want my bag back.
Once you have agreed to our offer and received your handbag(s), we are unable to send your bag(s) back to you. Once you click ‘Confirm & Ship my Bag’ you are agreeing to/accepting our offer. Please refer to our Terms of Service.
TRENDFUL RESELL: PAYMENT
When will payment be initiated?
Once we receive your handbag(s), our authentication and condition verification process typically takes 24hrs. Once your bag has been approved by Trendful, we will proceed with your payment method of choice!
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment via ACH electronic bank transfer, check, or PayPal. You will select your payment method of choice right before confirming that you accept our offer.
How long will it take to get paid?
ACH electronic bank transfer: typically 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Check: typically 2-7 business days for delivery by mail. Please note that checks sent by mail will not include tracking numbers.
PayPal: typically 2-3 business days.
Can you pay in advance?
No. Your bag(s) must first go through our authentication and condition verification process before we can initiate payment.
I haven’t received my payment.

What information is needed for ACH electronic payments?
For ACH electronic payments, we will need your banking account number and electronic routing numbers. We can only issue payment to accounts that match the name of the person completing the order.
Where do you store my payment information?
All payment details are saved in a secure payment system.
Can I change my payment details or payment method?
